I'm pretty sure all of you who have been fanboying/fangirling for GBA VC creamed your pants at the sound of this a while back. Not only that, but it also answers the wishes many of you have been asking for.
I'm pretty sure they'll be slow with the updates, but if they do like three games a week for each VC category, then there would be a crap ton of VC coming out weekly. Idk if that's what they'll be doing, but this is definitely a step in the right direction. You can try to paint it in a negative light, but there's no way to spin this off as a bad thing (talk about priorities all you want, but they've been planing on doing something like this, so stuff it). Also, it kinda shows that Nintendo is listening. Not like they have much of a choice anyway. They only have support for the Wii U at the grassroots level, and the AAA support they do have is either shoddy or by default.
I'd like to take this time to tell anyone who's been moaning about VC and how slow Nintendo is with it to proceed to shut the fuck up about it now. Nintendo has given you what you wanted, so take it. There will be more, so ride the first wave into the future.
